The NSS Unit “Parivartan,” IQAC, and the initiative “Aarogyam” of Mata Sundri College for Women, University of Delhi, are organising a Health and Dental Check-up Camp for the students and staff members of the college on August 10, 2026. The initiative aims to promote preventive healthcare, health awareness, and regular medical and dental screening among the college community.
The Health Camp will be jointly inaugurated by Prof. (Dr.) Harpreet Kaur, Principal, Mata Sundri College for Women, and Retired Assistant Commissioner of Police, Delhi Police, Mr. Vijay Pal.
The camp is being organised in collaboration with Max Super Speciality Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, and Dental Folks, Ramesh Nagar. A team of experienced doctors and healthcare professionals from the collaborating institutions will visit the college and provide free general health check-ups and dental examinations to students and staff members.
The health camp will include medical consultation and basic health screening, while the dental component will focus on oral health examinations and creating awareness about dental hygiene, preventive care, and maintaining good oral health.
The event is being jointly organised by the NSS Unit “Parivartan” and Arogyam, an initiative of the IQAC, Mata Sundri College for Women under the abled guidance of Prof. Lokesh Kumar Gupta, IQAC Director. The organising team comprises Dr. Avneet Kaur, NSS Programme Officer; Dr. Harvinder Kaur, NSS Member; Ms Palak Gangwar, President NSS,  Mr. Harinder Sandhu, Convenor, Arogyam; and Dr. Jasmeet, Member, Arogyam.
Speaking about the initiative, the organisers stated that healthcare and preventive screening are essential components of a healthy campus environment. The camp aims to encourage students and staff members to prioritise their physical and oral health and promote a culture of regular health check-ups and preventive healthcare within the college community.
