Delhi Traffic Police – Road Safety Pavilion at India International Trade Fair 2025
The Delhi Traffic Police has set up an immersive and informative Road Safety Pavilion at the India International Trade Fair 2025, being held from 14th to 28th November at Hall No. 1, First Floor, Pragati Maidan. The pavilion is receiving an overwhelming response from visitors of all age groups, including school children, families, youth and working professionals. Through creative displays and practical demonstrations, the Delhi Traffic Police is effectively showcasing its working system and spreading vital awareness about road safety and responsible commuting.
The pavilion features engaging educational games and practical learning sessions such as the Road Safety Snake & Ladder activity and demonstrations on road signals, which help children and adults, understand road discipline in a fun and interactive manner. Competitions like the Road Signs Quiz and Drawing Contest are being conducted regularly, and winners are being encouraged with attractive gifts to promote active participation. Hands-on training is also being offered through a Riding Trainer Simulator that provides real-time riding experience, along with CPR training sessions that equip visitors with essential life-saving skills.
Public outreach remains a key focus, with road safety literature being distributed throughout the day. An interactive Selfie Point is attracting large crowds and helping amplify the message of road safety on social media, while a dedicated Pledge Board is motivating citizens to commit to responsible road behavior. Through these initiatives, more than 10,000 visitors, including over 100 school students, have already been sensitized about road safety and the importance of following traffic rules.
The Delhi Traffic Police remains committed to continuing its strong public engagement at the Trade Fair and reinforcing the message of safe, disciplined and responsible road usage among all citizens.
