Patwari should sit in the Gram Panchayat at least one day a week - Collector Mrs. Chauhan.

            Gwalior 14 October 2024/ Patwaris in all the gram panchayats of the district should sit in the Gram Panchayat office at least one day every week and solve the revenue related problems of the villagers. All SDMs should fix the days for Patwaris to sit in the Gram Panchayats. Instructions to this effect were given by Collector Mrs. Ruchika Chauhan in the inter-departmental coordination meeting.

               In the meeting held in the auditorium of the Collectorate on Monday, Collector Mrs. Chauhan told the revenue officers that only issuing orders is not enough, implementation of the order is especially important. Therefore, implement the orders by running a campaign, there should be no laxity in it. She said that as per the intention of the state government, good governance should be seen on the field and people should feel that their problems are being resolved within the time limit. Especially the complaints received on platforms like Jan Sunwai, TL etc. should be resolved under a time-bound programme.


           In the meeting CM Helpline, fertilizer distribution, procurement of paddy and coarse grains, PM Janman, good governance and law and order during festivals along with other priority programmes of the state government were reviewed in detail.

            Chief Executive Officer of Zila Panchayat Mr. Vivek Kumar, Additional Collector Mrs. Anju Arun Kumar, Mr. Kumar Satyam and Mr. TN Singh along with all the SDMs of the district and district level officers of various departments were present in the meeting.

Increase fertilizer distribution centers.

               Collector Mrs. Ruchika Chauhan stressed in the meeting that farmers should not face any problem in getting fertilizers. She instructed the District Manager of Marketing Association to establish new fertilizer distribution centers in the district as per the need. For this, send a proposal to Bhopal. The Collector instructed all SDMs to get 100% of the farmers registered for procurement of paddy and coarse grains (jowar bajra) and soybean at the support price verified as soon as possible.

Safety standards should be strictly followed in temporary firecracker shops

            Collector Mrs. Ruchika Chauhan instructed that on the Diwali festival, temporary firecracker shops should be set up at the designated place strictly following the safety standards. There should be empty space between the firecracker shops as per the prescribed standard. There should be proper wiring of electric wires. Also, as a precaution, strong measures should be taken to prevent fire accidents including fire brigade.

Visit the area and closely inspect subordinate offices.

             In the meeting, Collector Mrs. Ruchika Chauhan also instructed that SDMs and district level officers of all departments should regularly visit the area. Also inspect the subordinate offices closely. During the inspection, especially see that the letters received from the government or the general public are not kept in the shelves of the offices without redressal. He also instructed all SDMs to once again inspect the hospitals as a campaign.

If the eligible farmer does not get the benefit of Kisan Samman Nidhi, then the SDM will be held accountable.

              Collector Mrs. Ruchika Chauhan instructed all SDMs to ensure that the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi is given to 100% eligible farmers. If any farmer is deprived of the benefit due to incorrect data, then the concerned Tehsildar and SDM will be held accountable. She instructed to complete the work of e-KYC related to Kisan Samman Nidhi by October 30 at any cost.

Under PM Janman, get Ayushman and Aadhar cards of the remaining people made as a campaign.

            Collector Mrs. Chauhan gave instructions to take PM Janman Yojana with special seriousness in the meeting. She said that Ayushman and Aadhar cards of the remaining Sahariya tribe people should be made by running a special campaign, there should be no laxity in this. She instructed that the Sahariya families who have temporarily moved out, their Aadhar and Ayushman should be made by talking to them on the phone.

Update the development plan of cities and villages

           Instructions to update the development plan of cities and villages were also given in the meeting as per the intention of the state government. Collector Mrs. Chauhan said that keeping in mind the goal of developed India by the year 2047, finalize the development plan of cities and villages.

There should be no delay in getting NOC of land etc. for big projects.

             Collector Mrs. Ruchika Chauhan said that the state government has special focus on getting all types of NOCs for projects related to construction and industrial units as soon as possible. Therefore, the concerned officials should ensure that there is no delay in getting the NOC. He directed the forest department officials to make a presentation in the next TL meeting about the formalities required for issuing the NOC from the forest department.

Organize peace committee meeting at police station level too.

              Collector Mrs. Ruchika Chauhan directed to organize peace committee meeting with local people at police station level keeping in mind Diwali and other festivals. She said that we should sit together and create such an atmosphere so that all festivals are celebrated with peace, harmony and mutual brotherhood.
