Hindi Journalism Day was celebrated on a large scale for the first time in the district

Thandla Hindi Journalism Day is celebrated every year on 30 May.

This day commemorates the beginning of journalism in Hindi language, when on 30 May 1826 the first Hindi newspaper "Udant Martand" was published whose editor was Pandit Jugal Kishore Shukla. The purpose of celebrating this day is to highlight the importance of journalism in Hindi language and to honor the people working in this field. In the same series, journalists of Thandla region historically organized a journalist seminar in Thandla's Anmol Hotel, in which journalists from the city as well as rural areas participated in large numbers.

In his speech, he said that small newspapers and news portals are very important. He said that even the smallest news is published in detail in small newspapers and news portals. While speaking to everyone, he said that before publishing any news, we must read it once or twice so that there is no scope for any kind of mistake.

In his speech, he said that we are all Hindi journalists and we should always celebrate this day with priority. It is a matter of pride for all of us.

Giving his statement, said that where did the Hindi Journalism Day start from, Udant Martand was the first Hindi newspaper whose editor was Jugal Kishore Shukla, from here the Hindi Journalism Day is considered to have started.

While presenting his point, said that if we celebrate such events in the future, then we should try that all the journalist colleagues celebrate such events by donating blood in the memory of our deceased colleagues, all the journalists also supported this.

Journalist Vatsal Acharya

In his speech, Acharya described all the journalists as a power. He said that if we all unite and take action like this, then the administration will also have to pay attention to our words.

Young journalist Siddharth Kankaria

Kankaria, while discussing Hindi language in his speech, said that we all should take care of the selection of words and letters before publishing news in our newspapers so that no one can raise any question mark on our writing.

At the end of the event, the family members of the deceased journalist colleagues were also honored, in which journalist Pinky Pathak, daughter of BJP's patriarch and senior journalist Laxminarayan Pathak, journalist Gaurav Arora, son of late Kundan Arora, advocate Tanmay Pathak, son of late journalist Rakesh Pathak, were honored by the senior journalists.

At the end, all the journalists had refreshments and agreed to celebrate Hindi Journalism Day in a grand manner with more energy in the coming time. Senior journalist Dr. Umesh Chandra Sharma, senior journalist Om Prakash Bhatt, senior journalist Sudhir Sharma, Akshay Bhatt, preferred journalist Manoj Upadhyay, Mukesh Ahirwar, Raju Vaidya, Samikhit were present in the event.
