La Global Foundation Hosts "Season 4" Conference: Focusing on Sustainable Development Goals. La Global Foundation proudly hosted its highly anticipated "GLOBAL UN ECONOMIC GROWTH 2024" conference at Park Plaza CBD, Shahdara. This year’s event, themed around Sustainable Development Goals 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), united delegates from over 20 countries, including Somalia, Angola, Nigeria, Tanzania, Chad, and the UK, in the pursuit of sustainable development.
Founded in 2020 by Dr. Meenakshi Sawhney, La Global Foundation is dedicated to holistic community development, aligning its mission with the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This year's conference centered on the theme "Generating AI for Leaders," aiming to foster business acceleration, innovation, and integration to create impactful change.
The event commenced with a symbolic lamp lighting ceremony and featured three panel discussions focused on SDGs 3 and 8. Esteemed guests included Chief Guest Dr. Senorita Isaac, Trade Commissioner for the Latin American and Caribbean Trade Council; co-founder Mr. Manuj Sawhney; First Secretary Ms. Joana from the Angola Embassy; and Chief Secretary Mrs. Sudesh Chadha.

Dr. Meenakshi Sawhney reiterated our goal of transforming the lives of one million people by 2030, embodying the principle of "Leaving No One Behind." The lighting of the lamp symbolized the dispelling of darkness and the ignition of knowledge.
