Three Dumpers Seized for Illegal Mineral Transportation.

             Bhind - In order to effectively stop illegal mineral excavation and transportation in the district by Collector Sanjeev Srivastava, Naib Tehsildar Ramashankar Sharma, under the direction of SDM Lahar, took action late night on three dumpers carrying illegal mineral transportation.

            Dust without royalty was being transported by covering it with tarpaulin. Information was received late on Sunday night that sand, ballast and other minerals without royalty were being transported through dumpers. In this sequence, making a strategy, Naib Tehsildar Ramashankar Sharma reached the transport route with two vehicles along with Patwari and security guard under the direction of SDM Lahar, where after waiting for about one to one and a half hours, illegal transport of dumpers was seen at around 11:00 pm. When stopped, they were asked to show the royalty but they did not have any royalty. Therefore, taking action against two dumpers carrying ballast and one dumper carrying dust illegally, Naib Tehsildar Ramashankar Sharma took all the three dumpers through Patwari and security guard and kept them in Lahar police station and handed over to the police station.

               A case will be made and sent to the Collector Mineral Branch. Sub-divisional Officer Lahar Vijay Singh Yadav said that all the three dumpers have been seized and kept in custody and a case will be made against all the three dumpers and sent to the Collector Mineral Branch Bhind for fine.

              In this action, Deputy Tehsildar Ramashankar Sharma along with Patwari Narendra Singh Rajawat, Mulayam Singh, Ram Singh and security guard Firangi Singh and driver Shyam Singh Parihar were present.
