This includes private land from Jalalpur area to Ramtapura, Ranipura etc. where loops are to be prepared under the first phase. Due to the acquisition notification not being issued till now, the work of elevated road was going on at a slow pace. Now the amount of compensation to be given to the land owners will also be determined after acquisition. After this, in the next phase, the process of land acquisition will be done by issuing notification of three other files. A total of two and a quarter hectares of land is to be acquired for the loop, out of which notification for acquisition of 0.4088 hectares of land has been issued at present.

There was demolition at Hajira During the construction of the loop, most of the demolition was done in the Hajira area. Action was taken to demolish 21 to 22 shops around the bridge near the Civil Hospital here. Apart from this, there are many properties here, whose land will be acquired. There are many properties which are still present on the spot even after taking compensation from the Water Resources Department. In such a situation, no compensation will be given for removing these properties. Its list has also been prepared by the officials of the Public Works Department and the officials of the district administration have also been informed about it.
