Pune Deal Case Live: Ajit Pawar Sale Deed Stands Cancelled, Not a Single Paisa Exchanged

In a major development in the Pune land deal case, the sale deed linked to Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar has been officially cancelled, with officials confirming that no money was exchanged in the transaction.

The decision came after detailed scrutiny by the authorities, who found discrepancies in the documentation and payment process related to the deal. Sources said the land transfer was never completed, as the financial transaction — a crucial legal requirement — did not take place.

Officials clarified that with the cancellation of the sale deed, the ownership of the property remains unchanged, effectively nullifying the entire deal.
