Fresher's party in full swing at Jiwaji University.

On Tuesday, a fresher's party was organized in the Journalism and Communication Department of Jiwaji University on the occasion of the start of the new session. Where seniors gave study-related tips to juniors. Many cultural and educational programs were also organized on this occasion. All the students participated enthusiastically in the program and enjoyed a lot.

Chief guest Jiwaji University's Distance Education Director and Library Science Department Head Hemant Sharma explained the importance of education to the students and said that all of you are fortunate to be pursuing higher education. At present, only 30% of the students of the country are able to get such an auspicious opportunity. So take advantage of the opportunity and give your best. Being the Library Department Head, I can provide you every book that you need. So make books your friend and achieve success.

Special guest, Social Work Department Chairman Vivek Bapat gave information about various activities of the university and assured the students of help in case of any study related problem. University Registrar S.K.Singh, who was presiding, emphasized on the students to sleep, eat and study on time by using mobile appropriately and told the importance of maintaining discipline in the university.

Journalism and Communication Department Chairman S.N.Mohapatra, while explaining the importance of journalism, wished the students to study wholeheartedly to achieve success in the field of journalism.

As a result of various competitions in the party, Siddharth Vaishya was selected as Mr. Fresher and Vishakha Sharma as Miss Fresher. Gaurav Jamod and Sunidhi Bansal were awarded by Dr.Bhuvnesh Tomar, Dr.Satyendra Nagayach, Pushpendra Tomar, Raghavendra Goyal, Devendra Sikarwar, Mini Mangal, Shubham Chaudhary for best performance.

On this occasion party organizers Janvi Tomar, Anuj Aggarwal, Shreya Pachauri, Lakshita Bhargava, Tanu Kaurav along with students of Journalism department were present.
