Memorandum submitted against the comment made by Yeti Narasimhanand against Prophet Islam.

After the video of objectionable comment made by Yeti Narasimhanand on Prophet Hazrat Mohammad Saheb went viral, a memorandum was given to Mohammadi Sub-Divisional Magistrate Avnish Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police Arun Kumar Singh in the name of the President through Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind's Lucknow division president Maulana Asjad Siddiqui at Idara Mahmoodiya, demanding strict action. Officials and members associated with Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind were present on this occasion. 

Maulana Asjad Siddiqui said that a monitoring system should be established to stop hate speeches. The Constitution of India guarantees respect for every religion, if the government fails to take immediate action, the courage of such elements will increase which can affect peace and stability. While giving the memorandum, a large number of people including Dr. Javed Aslam, Maulana Takreer Anwar, Maulana Abdullah Khalid, Qari Shaban, Maulana Salim, Maulana Imran, Maulana Mohammad Muqeem were present.
