Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav is coming on a visit to Gwalior district on 9th October, where he will inaugurate Devraj Hospital (Devraj Institute of Medical Science). This program will be organized near Khurai-Badagaon on National Highway at around 5 pm.
Collector Mrs. Ruchika Chauhan and Superintendent of Police Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sagar reached the hospital on Tuesday and took stock of the arrangements for the inauguration ceremony. The collector closely inspected the hospital premises and the pandal, stage and parking arrangements made for the program.
He directed the hospital management to make all the arrangements in such a way that the dignitaries coming to the program can easily reach the pandal. For this, barricading arrangements should also be made. Also, special attention should be paid to the safety and convenience of VIPs and special persons.
The collector said that there should be adequate arrangements for drinking water and other public facilities for the program and since the inauguration ceremony is in the evening, proper lighting arrangements should be ensured.
On this occasion, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Mr. Aman Vaishnav, Additional Superintendent of Police Mr. Akhilesh Rainwal, SDM Murar Mr. Ashok Chauhan and other concerned officials were present.
