In a major push towards women's empowerment, Spoton Global Group Pvt. Ltd. has joined hands with Akola MLA Sajid Khan Pathan to make professional skill development more accessible to women. Under this initiative, 80% of each student's course fees will be sponsored by MLA Sajid Khan Pathan, while women will pay only 20%.

The initiative aims to help women acquire professional skills, explore self-employment opportunities, and move towards financial independence through vocational training.

Awes Siddiqui, CEO of Spoton Global Group Pvt. Ltd., has set an ambitious vision of empowering 1 crore women across Maharashtra through skill development programmes. The organisation plans to expand its reach across districts and talukas, with the long-term goal of transforming the initiative into a pan-India movement.

“Our vision is not limited to providing training. We want women to acquire skills, start their own businesses, and become financially independent. Our mission is to reach every taluka and district in Maharashtra and empower one crore women,” said Awes Siddiqui.

Tabish Mirza, Director of Spoton Global Group, highlighted the organisation's focus on turning skills into livelihood opportunities.

He stated that the organisation has trained lakhs of women through online and offline programmes, encouraging them to pursue self-employment and income generation.

The collaboration marks a step towards making professional makeup training, advanced henna courses, and other vocational programmes more accessible through financial support.

With its ambitious Maharashtra-wide expansion plans, Spoton Global Group aims to build a sustainable women's skill development movement that connects professional training with entrepreneurship and economic independence.

The larger mission: empowering women with skills, confidence, and opportunities to earn.
