Bilaua police station caught two clever thieves who stole gold and silver jewelry and idols.
She is known for her working style and better information system. TI Ila Tandon has curbed crime and criminal activities in the police station where she has been posted. Despite being a woman, always being ready for her work with duty and courage shows her working style. These days she is posted in Bilua police station. Complainant Achalesh Soni resident of Purani Haat Road TCP Bairagarh Teknapur lodged a report in Bilua police station in which some unknown thief broke the shutter of his gold and silver shop in the intervening night of 16/17.09.2024 and stole gold and silver ornaments and idols and silver coins, utensils and cash kept in the shop. The report of which was registered in Bilua police station as Crime No. 166/24 Section 331 (4), 305 (A), BNS and taken into investigation. As per the instructions of senior officers, under the able guidance of DSP Rural Shri Chandrabhan Singh Chadhar, some suspects were identified by the team of police force by Police Station Incharge Bilua Inspector Ila Tandon and on the information of the informer, Ramu Pardi son Dharampal Pardi resident Pardi Mohalla Shinde Ki Chawani was told. On thorough interrogation by the police, he confessed to having committed the theft along with his partner Rinku Rajak. On being questioned about the stolen goods, he told that some of the stolen goods were with his partner Rinku Rajak and rest of the stolen goods were with him. On the information given by the caught clever thief, the police seized a purse in which 4 rings, 2 pairs of anklets, 8 pairs of toe rings and gems were found, which were duly seized.
On catching the thief and seizing the stolen goods, the complainant saluted women power and honored him with a flower garland. Recovered goods- One red colour purse was seized which contained 04 rings, two pairs of anklets, 08 pairs of toe rings and gems, 05 idols of deities made of silver-like metal, 02 coins, 03 pairs of anklets, one packet of ghunghru, one packet containing 100 toe rings, one packet containing 13 flutes, one bracelet, 07 gents rings, 11 pendants, one packet containing 180 toe rings, 40 anklet hooks, and an 11-finger chain piece of gold-like metal, one earring, one piece of resonant earring, one finger chain piece; total seized goods worth about Rs. 02 lakhs.
