On Senior Citizens Day, a legal literacy camp was organized at Madhav Vruddhashram and a discussion was held with senior citizens.

We all have to take a pledge to serve senior citizens, only then the social upliftment of the elderly can take place. It is a common fact that taking care of senior citizens and serving them is like worshipping God. The prosperity of the families of those who serve their elders increases gradually. It is the moral duty of children not to leave the elderly abandoned in old age. The above thoughts were expressed by District Judge/Secretary District Legal Services Authority, Mr. Ashish Dwande, while discussing legal matters with senior citizens regarding their rights in a legal literacy camp organized at Madhav Vridhashram on the occasion of Senior Citizens Day as per the directions of Principal District Judge/Chairman District Legal Services Authority Gwalior, Mr. PC Gupta, under NALSA (Legal Services for Senior Citizens) Scheme 2016.

On this occasion, District Legal Aid Officer, Mr. Deepak Sharma, Madhav Vridhashram officials, Mr. Pawan Bhatnagar, Mr. Nutan Shrivastava, Mrs. Seema Saxena and other senior citizens were present.
