ONE SHOOTER/KEY MEMBER OF A NOTORIOUS GANG MASTERMIND OF MURDER CASE OF GTB HOSPITAL, ARRESTED BY CRIME BRANCH

 

 

We are continuing the sustained drive against gangsters a dedicated team of Eastern Range -1, Crime Branch led by Insp. Ashish Sharma, comprising SI Prakash, SI Ranjit Singh, SI Devender Malik, ASI Sandeep Chawla, ASI Ashok, HC Amit, HC Manish, HC Ashish and HC Saurav under the close supervision of ACP Rohitash Kumar, ER-1/Crime Branch has arrested a shooter/key member of a notorious gang involved in GTB Hospital Murder Case.  

 

On 14-07-2024, a case vide FIR No. 340/2024, Dt. 14/07/2024, U/s 103(1)/61(2)/3(5) BNS was registered at PS GTB Enclave, Delhi regarding murder of a person namely Riyajuddin S/o Islamuddin R/o Khajuri Khas, Delhi, Age 35 Years by firing five rounds on him at GTB Hospital and task to nab the culprit, was taken by Crime Branch, Delhi. 

 

OPERATION: 

The team of ER-I, Crime did continuous efforts to trace the culprits and conducted raids at different places at Delhi, UP and Punjab and on the basis of technical surveillance and manual intelligence, finally main mastermind of GTB Hospital Murder case namely Faheem @ Badshah S/o Toheed R/o Babarpur, Delhi, Age 30 Years was arrested near Highway at Meerut, UP.  

 

The accused Faheem @ Badshah S/o Toheed R/o Babarpur, Delhi, Age 30 Years came to Delhi in 2019 and started work of property dealer. During working as property dealer, he came in contact with gang members of a notorious gang and get involved in petty offences. In August 2023, he arrested in a robbery case of PS Sarai Rohilla and spent about ten months in jail. After coming out from Jail in June 2024, he again came in contact with his gang members and on the instructions of gangster, he planned murder case of one Waseem, member of rival gangster, with associates Anas, Faiz, Aman, Ferhan, Moin, Fozan, Saif and Shavej and procured two illegal weapons and 19 rounds from a notorious gangster before one day from incident and kept the same in his house and as per conspiracy, Aman @ Minda, Shavej @ Half Body, Saif Ali @ Colony and Fozan rushed to GTB Hospital with Arms and Ammunition, but due to mis-identification, they opened fire on another patient Riyazuddin, admitted in same ward of GTB Hospital, in which target Waseem was under treatment. Accused Faheem @ Badshah along with his associates absconded and Faheem @ Badshah was staying different places in Zakir Nagar, Delhi, Bihar, Punjab and Meerut to evade his arrest.
