100+ Women Students Honoured by Spoton Global Group, Advancing the Atmanirbhar Mahila Mission Through Skill Development

Akola hosted a grand and inspiring felicitation ceremony where more than 100 women students were awarded certificates, medals, and awards for successfully completing professional and vocational training programs. The awards were presented by Chief Guest former deputy Mayor Akola and Corporator Rafique Siddiqui, along with Corporator Ashish Pawitrakar, Corporator Fayyaz Khan, Corporator Mo Wasim, and National Silai Ventures Owner Aejaz Sir.

The ceremony was organized by Spoton Global Group, under which multiple training verticals are successfully empowering women. These include Spoton English Academy for English speaking and communication skills, Spoton Glow for professional makeup and beauty training, henna art courses, and sewing and tailoring programs—all designed to make women job-ready and self-employed.

Present at the event were Founder & CEO Awes Siddiqui, Director Tabish Mirza, Makeup Trainer Nida Pathan, English Trainer Nasiya Sultana, Henna Trainers Dosani Madam and Sayema Madam, Sewing Master Nikhat Madam, along with other faculty members and staff.

While addressing the audience, Rafique Siddiqui praised Spoton’s contribution towards the Atmanirbhar Mahila vision and emphasized that skill-based and communication-focused education is the real key to women empowerment. Corporator Ashish Pawitrakar highlighted that combining technical skills with spoken English training significantly improves women’s confidence, employability, and income potential. He also appreciated Spoton Global Group for expanding its training programs beyond Akola.

Corporator Fayyaz Khan stated that initiatives like these, if implemented across Maharashtra, can transform women into financially independent and career-ready professionals. Speaking on the long-term vision, Awes Siddiqui said, “Our goal is to skill 10 lakh women through vocational education and English communication training, enabling them to stand strong as confident, self-reliant contributors to society.”

The event concluded with a powerful message of women empowerment, skill development, English speaking education, self-employment, and vocational training, reinforcing Spoton Global Group’s commitment to building an empowered and self-reliant India.
