The Jal-Jhulni festival, also known as Jal-Jhulni Ekadashi, is predominantly celebrated in North India. Each year, this festival is traditionally celebrated at the Akshardham Temple. In the divine presence of Sadguru Viveksagar Swami Ji, the celebrations were filled with joy and devotion.
A large artificial lake was created in Akshardham's auditorium, where the murtis of Lord Akshar-Purushottam were taken for a ceremonial water ride. Devotees offered five aartis and a variety of food offerings to the Lord as a token of their devotion.
The program began at 8:00 AM with a grand procession, during which the murtis of the deities were placed on a palanquin. In his discourse, Viveksagar Swami Ji explained the essence of the festival. The choir created a spiritual atmosphere with their devotional songs and mantras.
