Rekha Gupta led the party workers by donating blood first, inspiring others to serve.

Simultaneously, blood donation and health check-up camps were organized across all 14 organizational districts of Delhi under the leadership of local MPs and district presidents. Cleanliness drives also began across all 250 mandals of Delhi, led by MLAs, councilors, and mandal presidents. These drives will continue for the next two weeks.

Delhi BJP also started a five-day exhibition at Central Park, Connaught Place, showcasing the life and works of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The exhibition was inaugurated by BJP National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda.

The event was presided over by Delhi BJP President Shri Virendra Sachdeva and attended by Delhi CM Smt. Rekha Gupta, BJP National General Secretary Shri Sunil Bansal, Union Minister of State Shri Harsh Malhotra, and several MPs. Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda addressed thousands of invited dignitaries and BJP workers present at Central Park.

Other dignitaries present included BJP Delhi Co-incharge Dr. Alka Gurjar, MPs Shri Ramvir Singh Bidhuri, Shri Yogendra Chandolia, Smt. Kamaljeet Sehrawat, Ms. Bansuri Swaraj, Delhi ministers Shri Parvesh Sahib Singh, Shri Manjinder Singh Sirsa, and Dr. Pankaj Singh.

The Seva Pakhwada organizing committee was led by State General Secretary Shri Vishnu Mittal and co-conveners who managed event logistics.

After donating blood, Shri Virendra Sachdeva said:

“Blood donation and health check-up camps are being held in all 14 districts of Delhi under the leadership of MPs and district presidents. The BJP will continue various service activities for 15 days across Delhi, including One Tree for Mother, cleanliness drives, etc. We welcome the initiatives announced by the Delhi government on this occasion as well. Delhiites are happy today to see developmental winds blowing again after a halt of 10 years.”

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda, in his address to party workers after the inauguration, stated:

“Every moment of the Prime Minister’s life is dedicated to the nation and service. Over the last 11 years as Prime Minister, he has strengthened India globally and established a unique identity for the country. He has upheld Indian culture and ideology.”

He added:

“Service is PM Narendra Modi’s inspiration, and Nation First is his pledge. Keeping this in mind, the BJP is observing Seva Pakhwada from his birthday till the birth anniversaries of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri Ji. Today, health camps are being held for women and families across thousands of locations. For the environment, initiatives like One Tree for Mother and cleanliness drives will continue for 15 days.”

Shri Nadda emphasized:

“We are working toward a self-reliant, indigenous India. PM Modi said today that anything made in India with the sweat of Indians is truly ‘swadeshi’, and we must support it. On October 2, we should all pledge to adopt khadi and contribute to making India self-reliant and strong.”

“When we speak of ‘swadeshi’, we refer to indigenous achievements like fighter jets and BrahMos missiles – not borrowed, but made with our own capability.”

He encouraged everyone to visit the exhibition to understand how PM Modi has transformed India into a strong and equipped nation.
