Gwalior Pavan Paruthi, a permanent warranty absconding for 9 years, arrested by the police along with illegal weapons and raw liquor made from hand furnace.

🔴 80 liters of raw liquor made from hand kiln and 315 bore pistol and live rounds were seized from the accused.
🔴 02 permanent warrants were issued by the Honorable Court against the arrested accused.

Keeping in view the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, Superintendent of Police Gwalior Mr. Dharamveer Singh, BHP has directed all the police station in-charges of the district to take action by running a campaign against absconding permanent warrants, illegal drugs, illegal weapons and those involved in the purchase and sale of illegal liquor. . As per the instructions of Superintendent of Police Gwalior. Superintendent of Police (North) Shri Shiaz KM, BHP, also directed his subordinate police station in-charges to take effective action against those involved in illegal business.

In compliance with the instructions of senior officers, under the leadership of SDOP (Rural) Shri Chandrabhan Singh Chadar, Police Station Panihar Police Station Incharge Panihar Dhawal Singh Chauhan was arrested today on 19.03.2024 during the action against illegal liquor mafias keeping in view the Lok Sabha elections 2024. The team arrested permanent warranty resident of Bhoreshwar police station, Panihar district, Gwalior hall, Bansodi police station, Bhitarwar, who was absconding for nine years, from near Nayagaon Kanjar Dera, along with 80 liters of raw liquor made from local hand furnace, 315 bore pistol and one live round. The said accused was absconding nine years ago in two cases of IPC- 129/15 and 136/15, against whom two permanent warrants were issued by the Honorable Court. A case under Aavakari Act and Arms Act was registered against the arrested accused in Panihar police station and 80 liters of raw liquor made from local hand furnace and 315 bore pistol and live rounds were duly seized from him.

Recovered goods:- 80 liters of raw liquor made from local hand furnace and 315 bore of katta and live rounds were seized.

Commendable role:- Police station in-charge Panihar Niri. Dhawal Singh Chauhan, Sr. Kishore Singh Bhadauria, Naresh Sharma, R. Lokendra Jat, Brijesh Yadav, Rupendra Sharma played a commendable role.
