Love of traveling turned child molesters into vehicle thieves.

During checking, police station Murar took three juvenile delinquents into custody and seized two stolen Activa vehicles.

Bureau Chief Pawan Paruthi | MP Gwalior | On the instructions of Superintendent of Police Gwalior Shri Dharamveer Singh (BHP), effective action is being taken to arrest vehicle thieves and criminals of Nakbajani in Gwalior district. In line with the above instructions, Additional Superintendent of Police City (Central) Shri Akhilesh Rainwal instructed all the police station in-charges under him to take action against vehicle thieves and anti-social elements by checking random vehicles in their respective police station areas.

In compliance with the instructions of senior officers, under the able guidance of CSP Murar Mr. Rajeev Jangle, the police station in-charge Inspector Madan Mohan Malviya, on 13.05.2024, deployed the police team for vehicle checking on Jaderua Dam Road. During the checking, the police team saw three boys coming on a blue colored Activa, who after seeing the police checking, turned the Activa back and started running away, but the three boys were surrounded and caught by the soldiers who were checking with promptness. On asking the names and addresses of the three arrested boys, they revealed themselves to be residents of Raghavapuram CP Colony, Gwalior and during interrogation, all three boys were found to be minors. When the three minor boys caught by the police team were interrogated regarding the documents of the Activa vehicle, all three tried to mislead the police team. When the police team got suspicious and interrogated the three boys thoroughly, they found out that the said Activa vehicle was Number- M.P.07-S.Q-4426 on 08.05.2024 Admitted theft from Haksar Colony Murar outside FMT Gym.

From which the police team duly seized the Activa vehicle and took the three minor boys into custody. When the police team interrogated the three minors in relation to other vehicle thefts that took place in the police station area, they found out that they had stolen a white Activa number MP07-SM-9573 from Suri Nagar CP Colony Murar on 05.05.2024. told. Which was said to be hidden in the bushes near Vicky factory. Activa vehicle number MP07-SM-9573 was duly seized by the police team on the testimony of the three minors from the bushes near Vicky Factory. When the child molesters were asked the reason behind the theft, they told that due to their hobby of travelling, they had stolen an Activa car in which the three of them could roam around.

Blue colored Activa serial no. MP07-SQ-4426 found from child molesters was stolen from Haksar Colony Murar outside FMT Gym. On which a case of IPC-291/24 Section 379 IPC was registered in the police station Murar and the Activa vehicle number – MP07-SM-9573 found in the bushes was stolen from Suri Nagar CP Colony Murar on which the police station A case of UPC- 281/24 Section 379 IPC was registered in Murar. The said Activa vehicle was white in color which was painted blue by him so that no one could recognize the vehicle.

Recovered Mashrooka :- Two stolen Activa vehicles, total seized Mashrooka worth Rs 1 lakh 30 thousand.

Commendable role :- Police station in-charge Inspector Madan Mohan Malviya, Q.R. Gyan Singh Pradhan, R. Vishnu Sharma, Neeraj Yadav, Jai Hind Jadaun, Sanjay Gurjar, Rajesh Parihar, Yogendra Singh Gurjar, Yogendra Sikarwar, Pankaj Tomar had a commendable role.
