For the first time after Covid, maximum cases were executed in Lok Adalat

Lakhisarai Atmanand Singh:- As per the instructions of National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), New Delhi, and Bihar State Legal Services Authority (NALSA), Patna, the first National Lok Adalat of the year was organized today in the Vyavar Court premises. Which was formally inaugurated by District Legal Services Authority President District and Sessions Judge Ajay Kumar Sharma, Secretary Abhishek Kumar Mishra, Vice President District Officer Rajnikant, Member Superintendent of Police Pankaj Kumar, Additional District and Sessions Judge First Pathak Alok Kaushik, and Prajapati Jha jointly inaugurated the lamp. Done by lighting the fire. While the stage was operated by Chief Judicial Magistrate Juvenile Justice Council Shreya Mishra. On the said occasion, District and Sessions Judge Ajay Kumar Sharma said that Lok Adalat is a platform for the public which operates as per the instructions of the Honorable Supreme Court. In this, public interest is kept in mind and efforts are made to execute the case on the basis of mutual agreement between both the parties. In this, neither anyone loses nor anyone wins. Vice President District Officer Rajnikanth said that we have forgotten the rural system, that is why we have to make rounds of the court. Earlier in the rural environment there used to be Panch Parmeshwar. The decision taken by the Lok Adalat was considered to be the decision of God. Coming to the court was a matter of shame but today the circumstances have changed. People have forgotten Panch Parmeshwar. We need to come back to the old environment. Lok Adalat is a form of Panch Parmeshwar. Superintendent of Police Pankaj Kumar said that whatever case is settled through Lok Adalat. In this, no one is defeated and no one is victorious. There is no appeal anywhere. It is considered to be the final decision which is free. 13 benches were formed in which maximum number of cases have been executed since Covid in December. A total of 1062 cases were executed in the Lok Adalat i.e. this time yesterday 1550 cases were executed and a settlement of Rs 1,84,67,499 was made. On the spot, Additional District and Sessions Judge II Smt. Shweta Shahi, Additional District and Sessions Judge III Rajeev Kumar Mishra, Additional District And Sessions Judge Pancham Sandeep Singh, Chief Judicial Magistrate Narendra Kumar Yadav, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate First Divya Prakash, Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate Raju Kumar, Railway Judicial Magistrate Kundan Kumar Gupta, Judicial Magistrate First Class Devvrat Kumar, Swati Singh, Ghazal Sabiha, Fahad Hussain. , Mahajabi Naz, Retainer Advocate Sitesh Sudhanshu, Kumar Satyam, Mohammad Zafaruddin, Ravi Shankar, Diwakar Pandey Ajay Kumar Nirala, Rohini Das, Vishwanath Mahato, Niwas Paswan, Paralegal Volunteer Julie Kumari, Mamta Kumari, Maya Kumari, Kismat Kumari, Aarti Kumari. Many parties including Pankaj Bharti, Batohi Yadav, Saurabh Kumar, Prakash Kumar, Vikas Kumar, Chandan Chaurasia were present.
