Mediation center started in Lector’s office, 6 cases resolved through mediation on the first day.

Indore Geetkar Damodar Virmal According to the resolution passed by the Mediation Monitoring Committee, after the address of Justice Mr. Vivek Rusia in Indore district on 17th February, after a one-day mediation training workshop for the officers of the Revenue Department, Collector Mr. Ashish Singh started from today in Room No. G of the Collector’s office. Mediation Center was started in 12. In this mediation centre, services are being provided by two retired deputy collectors of the Revenue Department, Mr. Awadhesh Chaturvedi and Mr. Ashok Vyas. In this, the mediators will mediate for the resolution of all such applications/cases of Indore district which are eligible to be filed before the High Court, District Court.

Additional Collector Mr. Roshan Rai told that such applications were received in the public hearing held in the Collector’s office today, which can be resolved immediately through mediation. 6 such applications were filed by Prem Kaur, husband late. The applications of Balwant Singh, Pooja’s husband Jitu, Santosh Solanki father Gyarasiram Solanki, Kishanlal and Vimala, Kalabai and Kailash EC were referred to the Mediation Centre. In which he helped in resolving the cases through mediation. Retired General Manager SBI Shri R.D. at the Mediation Centre. Yadav, retired superintending engineer Shri Purushottam Yadav and social organization officials Shri M Shaikh and Shri Sandeep Nema were also present.
