Jhabua Ali Asgar Bohra:- As per the orders of Collector Ms. Tanvi Hooda, keeping in view the upcoming festivals, to control the activities of anti-social elements, people with criminal tendencies and vested interests to maintain law and order, security and communal harmony. For this, a prohibitory order under section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has to be issued in the public interest for the entire district Jhabua area. In which Ravidas Jayanti and Maghi Purnima/Shabari Jayanti on 24 February 2024, Shab-e-Baraat (Muslim society) on 25 February 2024, Mahashivratri on 08 March 2024, Roza starts on 12 March 2024 (Ramadan starts for Muslim society), from 18 March. Festivals like Bhagoria tribal festival and Holi Dahan will be celebrated till 24 March 2024, Holi-Dhulendi on 25 March 2024, Good Friday on 29 March 2024, Rang Panchami on 30 March 2024 and Easter Sunday on 31 March 2024. After observing the report of Superintendent of Police, District Jhabua, Collector Tanvi Hooda and District Magistrate, District Magistrate District Jhabua agreed under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, in the interest of the health of the general public and to maintain public peace and law and order. A restrictive order in the revenue limit has been issued with immediate effect.

Playing objectionable songs spreading communal and religious frenzy in the entire revenue limit of the district and posting objectionable photos, comments, pictures or other objectionable messages through social media resources, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, Internet etc., likes and comments. Forwarding the above mentioned will be strictly prohibited.
Before organizing any protest, procession or rally by any organization within the limits of the district, it will be mandatory to obtain permission by submitting an application to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate of the area. For all programs, it is necessary to submit the application at least 48 hours in advance with the consent of the competent police officer and without the police officer, the application must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance. It will be the responsibility of the organizers who have obtained permission to get the entire program/event videographed. It will be the responsibility of the organizing organization to ensure that the program is peaceful and violence-free.

All types of events will be organized only after obtaining permission from the administrative authorities. Events organized without permission will be declared illegal and necessary legal action will be taken. No person, organization, animal owner should leave their animals openly on the roads or allow them to come on the roads. Identity card should be compulsorily taken from the people staying in Hotel, Lodge Dharamshala and the operator will maintain the register. If any executive magistrate or police officer wants such register/information, the operator will have to give this information. In case of violation of the order, action will be taken under Section 188 and all other provisions of the Indian Penal Code.
