International motivational speaker BK Usha Didi, who came from Mount Abu, the international headquarters of Brahma Kumaris, expressed this while speaking on the topic of stress free life in the Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Auditorium of the Chamber of Commerce. In the program organized by Gwalior Center of Prajapita Brahma Kumari, he said that stress has a negative impact on our mind as well as our body. When we go into deep depression, we cannot sleep and we have to take help of psychiatrists. Even after charging huge fees, he gives us only one advice that you should meditate regularly. It is better to start meditation before we become stressed. When pressure increases on the mind, it is natural to feel stressed. To become stress free, try to increase your spiritual immunity. Just as we need healthy food for a healthy body, similarly we need food for good thoughts for a healthy mind. When our mind is strong with thoughts then small things do not affect the mind. When we sit for meditation even for a short while, the person is filled with immense energy for the whole day. Therefore, definitely take out half an hour to beautify your life. Giving an example of an incident, he said that to cut wood with an axe, it has to be sharpened continuously. Similarly, to keep the mind stress free, it has to be continuously given a dose of meditation and positive thoughts. Today, relationships are deteriorating due to stress in homes, to save them it is necessary to sharpen the intellect and it will be sharpened only through spiritual food. He said that research has been done in Japan on those who meditate and those who do not. . People who meditate are stress free and more capable. Even in Japanese factories, meditation is done before starting work so that the stress from home does not reach the workplace and meditation is also done while coming home so that the stress from work does not take home.

In the evening session, international motivational speaker Rajyogini Usha Didi gave a motivational lecture on the topic of spiritual empowerment. You said that there is a great need for spiritual empowerment for the all-round personality development of a person. Before this, a dedication ceremony of Brahma Kumari sisters was organized. In which one sister BK Mahima (PG Human Resource) completely dedicated herself for the welfare of the world and married Lord Shiva. Two sisters who had already surrendered earlier, BK Roshni, BK Surbhi, and three sisters BK Kumkum, BK Kajal, BK Poonam, surrendered their intellect and resolved to marry Shiva and stepped towards the divine path.
On this occasion, celebrations were held in the same manner as is celebrated in a girl’s marriage. From turmeric, henna and makeup, devotees of Shiva danced in the procession of Shiva Baba.
