Om Shiva Rajasthan’s Monumental Temple Consecration Set for February 19th, 28-Year Construction Culminates

The formless form of Om has come true for the first time on earth in Rajasthan. The temple of Bholenath was being built here in the shape of Om for 28 years. The temple is now ready. Now just waiting for the day of consecration.
Almost three decades after the foundation stone was laid in Jadan village of Pali, Rajasthan, an ‘Om shaped’ temple of Lord Shiva has been completed. This will be the world’s first Shiva temple in the shape of Om.
The day and date of consecration of the Shiva temple built in the shape of Om has been decided. It has been decided to consecrate this grand Shiva temple on 19th February 2024.
UP CM Yogi Adityanath, MP CM Mohanlal Yadav, Rajasthan CM Bhajan Lal Sharma, Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari and many other guests will also participate in the consecration of the Shiva temple built in the shape of Om in Pali, Rajasthan.
The foundation stone of the grand and attractive looking temple was laid in the year 1995.
Swami Maheshwaranand Maharaj of Jadan’s Om shaped temple claims that this is the first Om shaped temple on the entire globe.
The Shiva temple in the shape of Om is almost ready in Jadan village of Marwar tehsil of Pali district of Rajasthan.
Om Ashram is spread over 250 acres…
Om Ashram Jadan Secretary Swami Phulpuri told TODAY India that the construction of this grand Shiva temple with the shape of Om in the ashram of Swami Maheshwaranand in Vishwadeep Gurukul was going on for the last 28 years. This temple has been built in the middle of the ashram spread over about 250 acres.
Divided into four sections. Om shaped Shiva temple
This Om shaped Shiva temple located in village Jadan of Pali is divided into four sections.
An entire section remains underground. While three sections are above ground. In the middle is the Samadhi of Swami Madhavananda. There are statues of seven sages around the Samadhi in the basement.
Om Ashram Jadan Pali has been constructed on the basis of Nagara style architecture and architectural art of North India.
The construction work of this Shiva temple in the shape of Om, spread over an area of about half a kilometer, started in 1995. At that time, saints and sages from all over the country had participated in the foundation stone laying ceremony.

1008 different statues of Lord Shiva have been installed in this Om Ashram of Rajasthan.
There are a total of 108 rooms in the temple complex. Its peak is 135 feet high.
In the middle is the Samadhi of Guru Maharaj Swami Madhavananda. Shivalinga of Mahadev is installed in the uppermost part. The shape of the universe has been made on the Shivalinga.

According to Om Ashram Secretary Swami Phulpuri, the construction work of this Shiva temple with the world’s only Om figure has been 100 percent completed. The works of light fitting, drinking water line etc. have been completed.

Apart from Shivayal, Shri Madhavanand Yoga University has also been established in Jadan Ashram which has the most unique Om shape in the country.
There is also a school-college in this four-storey building. It has been constructed by Vishwadeep Gurukul Trust. The special thing is that the pink Banshi mountain stone of Dholpur has been used in the construction of the ashram.
How to reach Om Ashram Jadan Pali Rajasthan..
Jadan Ashram is situated on the roadside on National Highway 62 passing through Pali. Its nearest airport is Jodhpur, which is about 71 kilometers away. Jadan Ashram can also be reached by train. ​In the train running between Delhi and Ahmedabad, you will have to travel till Marwar Junction. Marwar Junction is 23 kilometers from here. Jadan Ashram can also be reached through buses running on Pali-Sojat route.
