Meghnagar Rotary Club Apna’s huge free artificial limb measurement camp on 30th January

Jhabua (Rahim Sherani) Disability screening, selection and Narayan limb and callipers measurement camp organized under the joint aegis of Narayan Seva Sansthan Udaipur Rotary Club, Apna Meghnagar Rotary Club Azad Jhabua and Rotary Club Sagar Phoenix at Meghnagar Mahavir Bhawan in Jhabua district on 30 January 2024. It is being organized at Mahavir Bhawan Meghnagar from 10 am to 4 pm. In this camp, there is information for the disabled people who have lost their hands or legs in an accident which can bring positive changes in their lives.

Such disabled brothers and sisters, who have lost their limbs in an accident or are without limbs, will be measured for artificial limbs (hands and legs) in the camp.

Camp Director Dr. Kishore Padwal Nayak told that if any brother or sister has a hand amputated above the elbow or below the elbow or a leg below the knee or above the knee, such a disabled brother or sister may have lost his hand or leg in an accident. For them, measurement will be taken on 30 January 2024 and after the measurement, within 45 to 60 days, low weight artificial limbs of modern technology and high quality will be made from Udaipur, Rajasthan, whenever this artificial limb will be ready and the fixed date of arrival will be reached. When those who have been measured are informed, they will be called to the camp and the artificial limb will be fitted. The final decision whether the artificial limb will be fitted or not will be taken by the team of Narayan Seva Sansthan.

While giving information, President of Rotary Club Apna, Mrs. Chandanbala Sharma (Babli Didi), Secretary Maya Sharma and Vice President Kusum Solanki said that on the day of the camp, food for one disabled brother and one attender will be provided by the organization.

Bharat Mistry, the founder president of Rotary Club Apna, said that if there is a disabled brother suffering from polio in this camp, his operation will also be done free of cost by Narayan Seva Sansthan. Arrangements will be made for the selected patient and one attender to reach Udaipur Narayan Seva Sansthan. Rotary This will be done by Club Apna and during the treatment, food and accommodation will be arranged by Narayan Seva Sanstha.
In the camp, all disabled brothers and sisters must bring photocopy of their Aadhar card and 2 photographs showing disability and disability certificate.
