Divisional Commissioner Shri Deepak Singh gave instructions to this effect to all the divisional and district-level officers of the Gwalior-Chambal division. He cautioned the divisional officers and said that they should monitor the progress of the campaign daily. Divisional Commissioner Shri Deepak Singh held a meeting of divisional officers of all the departments related to the implementation of the PM Jan-Man campaign in the Divisional Commissioner’s office on Sunday. Also, district-level officers of all departments participated in this meeting through Google Meet. The Chief Executive Officer of Gwalior District Panchayat, Mr. Vivek Kumar, was also present in the meeting.

In the meeting, Divisional Commissioner Shri Singh instructed the divisional officers of all the departments to continuously monitor this campaign and to complete the survey work within a week by coordinating with the subordinate district-level officers. He also instructed the Chief Executive Officers of District Panchayats of all the districts of the division to organize meetings of Gram Sabha and Gram Panchayats in every Panchayat on the agenda of PM Jan Man Abhiyan. Similarly, meetings of the General Assembly of District Panchayat and District Panchayat should also be organized. In these meetings, the PM should give information about Jan Man Abhiyan. Also, get suggestions from public representatives and include them in the action plan. He also called a meeting of MPs, MLAs, and other public representatives at the district level and asked them to provide information about this scheme.

Divisional Commissioner Shri Singh reviewed the district-wise status of the action plan and survey made for the implementation of PM Jan-Man Abhiyan in the meeting. It is also directed to fix the accountability of Asha workers for making Ayushman cards, and action should be taken to separate those Asha workers who do not complete the work within a week. He also said that during the survey, the field officers should take the application forms for the schemes with them, get the eligible Sahariya persons to fill out the forms, and get them benefits.

In the meeting, the Division Commissioner stressed that under PM Jan-Man Abhiyan, the government has set nine points to provide 100 percent benefits to the families of the Sahariya tribe living in the division. Under the campaign, all eligible Sahariya people are to benefit from 16 types of schemes. Apart from this, the benefits of other regular government schemes are also to be compulsorily given to Sahariya families. Along with providing benefits from the schemes, it is mandatory to connect the remaining Sahariya tribe-dominated settlements with all-weather roads and to carry out infrastructural works within the settlements. He warned the divisional officer of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana that if any Sahariya-dominated settlement is left out of being connected by road, suspension action will be taken against them.

100% of Sahariya families will benefit from these schemes:

Under the PM Jan-Man Yojana, Aadhaar cards will be made for all the remaining Sahariya people by conducting a door-to-door survey. Benefits of PM Garib Kalyan Yojana, PM Ujjwala Yojana, Ayushman Bharat Card, Caste Certificate, PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, Kisan Credit Card, PM Jan-Dhan, PM Jeevan Jyoti Bima, and PM Suraksha Bima Yojana will be provided. Apart from this, this campaign was started with the aim of providing 100% benefits of PM Vishwakarma, Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana, PM Matru Vandana Yojana, PM Surakshit Maitriya Abhiyan, PM National Dialysis Programme, Skill Cell Mission, and National Tuberculosis Control Program to the people of the Sahariya tribe. Is.
