Do Pranayama and Rajyoga meditation regularly for good sleep – Adarsh Didi

Pavan Paruthi | Gwalior | Under the theme of clean and healthy society through spiritual empowerment, five-day yoga from 6 am to 7:30 am to keep body and mind healthy by the medical wing of Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation, a sister organization of Prajapita Brahma Kumari Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya. The camp was inaugurated at Prabhu Uphaar Bhawan Madhoganj Centre. At the beginning of the camp, Rajyoga instructor Brahma Kumari Adarsh Didi addressed everyone and said that if we look at the present times, humans are more troubled by physical diseases. Because the internal strength is not as much as it should be. If we work even a little more than our capacity, we start feeling tired. And fall ill. If we want to remain physically healthy. So we must take out time every day for walk, yoga-pranayama, meditation etc.

If we talk about Pranayam, there are many benefits of doing Pranayam every morning :-
(1) Like – it helps in keeping your mind fresh and healthy by removing laziness from the body.
(2) Keeps the lungs and heart healthy.
(3) Doing pranayama gives relief to the muscles.
(4) Get good sleep.
(5) Appetite also feels good.
(6) Concentration increases.
(7) It also maintains proper blood circulation in the body.
(8) It also helps in increasing our immunity.

Along with this, Didi further said that if you want to keep your mind healthy, then you can live a stress-free life by making meditation a part of your daily routine. Because meditation is an effective way to relieve stress. Disappointment and fatigue in the mind are the causes of diseases in the body. So meditation helps us a lot in this. Rajyoga meditation also brings sweetness in our relationships. After that, Didi and BK Surabhi made everyone practice Yogashana, Pranayama and Rajyoga meditation.
