With the aim of conducting the upcoming Lok Sabha General Elections-2024 in a peaceful manner, on the instructions of Superintendent of Police, Gwalior Mr. Dharamveer Singh, BHP and under the guidance of City Superintendent of Police University Ms. Hina Khan, today evening on 13.03.2024, Gwalior Police conducted a raid in the University Police Station area. A flag march was taken out jointly with the District Police Force and CAPF company. On the instructions of Superintendent of Police Gwalior, the main objective of the flag march being taken out in various police stations of the district is to conduct the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in a fair and fearless manner and to assure the general public of security and to give a strong message to the anti-social elements. If they try to create unrest in the area by spoiling the atmosphere, then restrictive action will be taken against them.

Today in the University Police Station area, Police Station Incharge University Inspector Mr. Upendra Chhari and CAPF Company Commander Mr. S.S. Under the leadership of Tomar, a foot flag march was taken out on Route-01 through small streets and settlements, passing through Mahalgaon Mosque, Sophia College, Arogyadham, Karauli Mata Mandir, Pantnagar, Sanskar School, Employee Housing Colony, Harijan Basti, Diet College. Such flag marches will also be taken out by Gwalior Police in other police station areas of the district. Keeping in view the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, Gwalior Police is also conducting a foot march in every police station area.
