Final warning to all SDO, Tehsildars, Patwari and other revenue officers to improve their work.

Strict action will be taken if there is no improvement in the works, there will be online monitoring of the inspections being done by the officials.

Damodar Virmal | Indore | The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Collector Shri Ashish Singh. Collector Mr. Ashish Singh while giving instructions to all the sub-divisional revenue officers, tehsildars, patwaris and other revenue officers of Indore district, said that they should improve their work and resolve the cases registered in the Revenue Court regularly by regular hearing. There should not be any kind of laxity or indifference in resolving the cases. Strict action will be taken against those who show indifference and laxity. They are being given a last chance to improve their work.

Collector Mr. Ashish Singh held a meeting of officials at the Collector’s office here today. In this meeting, Additional Collector Mr. Gaurav Benal, Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat Mr. Siddharth Jain, Additional Collector Mrs. Sapna Lovanshi, Mr. Roshan Rai, Mr. Rajendra Raghuvanshi and Mrs. Nisha Damor and other officers were present. In the meeting, Collector Mr. Ashish Singh instructed all the revenue officers to pay special attention to the resolution of the cases registered in the Revenue Court. Regularly hear the cases registered in the Revenue Court. They should be resolved by setting a time limit. There should not be any kind of laxity or indifference in resolving the cases. All revenue officers should improve their work. Work with a positive attitude. They are being given a last chance to improve their work. Even after this, if improvement is not reflected then strict action will be taken against the concerned officials. Any kind of negligence will not be tolerated. He asked all the sub-divisional revenue officers to also monitor the work of their subordinate officers.

Collector Shri Ashish Singh instructed other departmental officers to regularly inspect the departmental works and subordinate offices under their jurisdiction. Online arrangements are being made for monitoring of inspection of subordinate offices and departmental work done by departmental officers. For this, an app named Parakh is also being made. Inspection report, inspection photo and location will also be recorded online in this mobile app. Collector Shri Ashish Singh directed to take immediate action to remove encroachment from the surveyed ponds. He said that the work of deepening of all the selected ponds should be completed before the rainy season.

After this Collector Mr. Ashish Singh also reviewed the progress of wheat procurement work at support price in Indore district. He instructed the officials to ensure that wheat procurement work is done as per the prescribed criteria and issued guidelines.
