Sensex ends over 870 points down, Nifty50 below 22,900 - top reasons for fall
Stock market crash today: Nifty50 ended the day at 22,888.95, down 257 points or 1.11%. BSE Sensex closed at 73,852.90, down 876 points or 1.17%. The decline provisionally erased nearly Rs 4.70 lakh crore from the combined market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies, taking it down to Rs 467 lakh crore.
