Addressing a press conference at the Press Club on October 27, District Congress Committee (DCC) President Basareddy Anpur stated that the organisational restructuring is being carried out under the guidance of the party’s national leadership. The party aims to form a ‘mandal’ (unit) for every 10 gram panchayats.
