The final sale price was about $1.1 million below the original asking price. The sale comes after Gomez and her husband, music producer Benny Blanco, purchased a $35 million estate in Beverly Hills in December 2024, shortly before announcing their engagement. A waterfall and stream also form part of the landscaped backyard. The house was more than a residence for Selena.
