The unfortunate challenge to the appointment of Syedna Saifuddin and various false arguments advanced on its basis have been conclusively disposed of in the said judgment and the claims of the original plaintiff Khuzema Qutubuddin and the present plaintiff his son Tahir Qutubuddin have been dismissed. . The judgment strongly rejects the plaintiff’s misinterpretation and misleading portrayal of the facts and religious principles of the Dawoodi Bohra religion.

We have always believed in and have full faith and trust in the Indian Judiciary, which has time and again reaffirmed the place of the age-old beliefs, customs, practices and principles of the Syedna and the Dawoodi Bohra community.
