Instructions to resolve encroachment, pension, drinking water, and other problems
District Collector Dr. Bharti Dixit conducted a subdivision-level Public Hearing in Arai on Thursday. She heard the problems of encroachment, pension, road dispute, and drinking water and directed to resolve them immediately. District Collector Dr. Bharti Dixit directed in the public hearing that all departments should resolve the received applications promptly. Chief Minister Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma has directed that the problems of the common people should be resolved on time and logically. In the hearing, a complainant presented an application for encroachment on the road and issuance of a land lease. On this, the District Collector directed the Development Officer to personally visit the spot and investigate and provide relief. A complainant complained about not getting a pension despite being eligible. On this, he was given instructions to get immediate approval. A person from Bhamolav requested for boundary demarcation. The Tehsildar was directed to provide him relief. A person from Aranai complained about the non-availability of medicines to pensioners at the cooperative medicine store. The concerned department was asked to take immediate action on this and provide medicines to the pensioners from RGHS-authorized medical stores. Similarly, the villagers of Chhota Lamba and Rampura complained against a government employee as well as the blockage of the drain on the CC road. The officers were directed to take immediate action. The villagers filed a complaint about the encroachment on the Patwar Bhawan and pasture land and to open the road. The concerned department was directed to take action.

On the complaint of fewer buses on the Aranai route, the District Collector directed the District Transport Officer and Roadways to take immediate action. Similarly, the concerned departments were directed to take action on the complaints of accidental zones at the intersection, land allocation for cremation grounds, drinking water, water supply from government wells, and other complaints. District and block-level officers including the Sub-Divisional Officer and Tehsildar were present in the public hearing. 31 cases were resolved 31 cases were resolved in the subdivision-level public hearing held on the second Thursday of the month and relief was provided to the general public. It was also monitored at a high level. Assistant Director of Public Services Mrs. Apoorva Parwal said that out of the three-tier public hearing, a subdivision-level public hearing was held in all the subdivisions on the second Thursday of July. During this public hearing, out of the 118 cases received, 31 were resolved on the spot and relief was provided to the general public. The concerned departmental officers were directed to resolve the remaining cases. 15 cases were resolved in subdivision Ajmer, 3 in Aranai, 2 in Kishangarh, 3 in Nasirabad, 2 in Pisangan, and 6 in Pushkar.
