Bureau Chief Rahim Sherani Hindustani | Jhabua | Lok Sabha Constituency meeting regarding election related proceedings on 26 April 2024 under the chairmanship of General Observer Shri V Sampat under Lok Sabha Election 2024 Parliamentary Constituency 24 Ratlam (ST) Regarding the proceedings of Assembly wise information related to Lok Sabha elections. The meeting was held in. First of all, General Observer Mr. V. Sampat got the introduction of all the Assistant Returning Officers and Nodal Officers of the Lok Sabha constituency and obtained information regarding the duties in the election. Collector and District Election Officer Neha Meena gave the information so far to the General Observer through PPT. Was informed about the preparations made.

To send to the General Observer the election schedule, election related management work being done by the regulatory agencies, total polling stations in the entire Lok Sabha constituency (2358) and availability of minimum required facilities at each polling station and report related thereto by the Assistant Returning Officer, Information regarding total voters in Lok Sabha constituency, assembly wise polling stations, total EVMs. Availability and requirement of polling personnel engaged in election work, assembly-wise information, total number of central government and state government employees and officers in the Lok Sabha constituency, detailed information about strong rooms and voting material distribution and counting places for each assembly, postal ballot. Action taken by the Election Commission under the voting, information about the complaints received through the helpline C-Vigil App in the District wise Grievance Redressal Center and at what level the complaints were resolved, details of the training programs conducted so far in relation to the elections, Information was given regarding the action taken under defacement of property, sweep activities conducted in the district and making ideal polling centers by equipping each polling center with Pithora art display.

It was directed by the General Observer to conduct free, fair and peaceful election work by following every guideline of the Election Commission of India. During this, Superintendent of Police Shri Padma Vilochan Shukla, Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat Jitendra Singh Chauhan, Additional Collector S.S. Muzalda, Additional Superintendent of Police Mr. P.L. Kurve, Deputy District Election Officer Mr. Satyanarayan Darro, Assistant Returning Officer Petlawad Mr. Anil Rathore, Assistant Returning Officer Thandla Mr. Tarun Jain, Assistant Returning Officer Jhabua Mr. Harishankar Vishwakarma, Assistant Returning Officer Alirajpur Mr. Tapish Pandey, Assistant Returning Officer Jobat, Ratlam, Ratlam Rural, Sailana and concerned officers were present.
