Action of Sirol police station during night patrolling.

Sirol police station caught three cow smugglers along with their vehicle while smuggling cattle from truck.

Bureau Chief Sandeep Shukla | Gwalior | On the night of 08.04.2024, Sirol police station received information through an informer that a loading truck number UP-11-BT-8413 was going from Morena towards Dabra in which cattle were loaded by cow smugglers. Superintendent of Police Gwalior Mr. Dharamvir Singh was informed about the above information. On the instructions of Superintendent of Police Gwalior. Superintendent of Police (East/Traffic/Crime) Gwalior Mr. Shiaz K M, has given instructions to police station Sirol to verify the informer’s information and take effective action.
As per the instructions of senior officers, under the able guidance of CSP University Ms. Hina Khan, the police team was sent to Kadambari Nagar Highway Sirol Road at night to verify the information by Police Station Incharge Sirol Inspector Alok Singh Bhadauria. When the police team searched for the loading vehicle of the above number, a loading truck was seen in suspicious condition going from Morena Highway Road towards Dabra Highway, behind which there was no number plate. An attempt was made to stop the suspicious vehicle by the police team during checking but the said loading truck driver tried to drive away the vehicle at high speed. The police team chased the suspicious truck, surrounded it and stopped it. Three persons were found sitting in the truck, whose name and address when asked, they found (1) Mohit Jariya son of late Rajesh resident of Ashish Nagar, police station Tejaji Nagar district Indore, (2) Iqrar son of late. Irfan Gauri, resident of Gadhaan Mohalla, police station Behat, district Sarangpur and (3) Gulsher, son of Gurjar Gauri, resident of Gadhaan Mohalla, police station Behat, district Sarangpur.

When the truck was checked by the police team, it was filled with 19 bulls, all of which were found to be in a bad condition. When the three persons were interrogated, they told that they had taken the said bull for slaughter. Cyril police station caught the three accused and seized a loading truck number UP-11-BT-8413 and cattle from their possession and kept the seized cattle in Laltipara Gaushala Murar for safety. UPC 74/24 Section 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and 4,6,9 Madhya Pradesh were registered against the arrested accused in Police Station Sirol. The case was registered under the Prohibition of Cow Slaughter Act and taken up for investigation.

Mohit Jariya, son of late Rajesh, resident of Ashish Nagar, police station Tejaji Nagar, district Indore.

Ikrar son of Late. Irfan Gauri resident of Gadhaan mohalla police station Behat district Sarangpur.(Uttar Pradesh)

Gulsher son of Gurjar Gauri resident of Gadhaan mohalla police station Behat district Sarangpur.(Uttar Pradesh)

Commendable role :- In the above proceedings, police station in-charge Sirol Inspector Alok Singh Bhadauria, Uni Renu Jadaun, P.R. Roopsingh, P.R. Mukesh, R. Akash, R. Ramphool, R. Arvind Singh, R. Driver Neeraj had a commendable role.
